Payment and Attendance

Payment

ESA statements can be generated for one/two/or three months per quarter and will be emailed to each student’s account by the 10th  day of the current month for the following month’s lessons.  For example, February invoices will be emailed no later than January 10th.

Class Wallet payments and ESA debit card payments are due no later than the 15th for the following month.  For example, February riding lessons must be paid for no later than January 15th.

            Late Fee

A late fee of $20 will be billed to each student(s) not providing payment prior to the 15th of the month.  After seven days of non-payment, student(s) will be dropped from the riding lesson program for non-payment.  Any remaining lesson credits or make-up lessons scheduled during the time of non-payment removal from the program will be forfeit.

Proof of Class Wallet payment must be emailed to friskyfoalacres@gmail.com, confirming the date of online payment to avoid billing of late fees.  Late fees are not payable out of ESA funds and must be a direct payment of cash/check/personal debit/or credit card.  No student(s) will be allowed to ride until the late fee payment is received and each students’ account is in good standing.

Attendance

Student(s) are required to provide written notice (via email or text message) at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled lesson if they will not be present.  In the event written notice is not provided, students are considered a ‘No Show.’  No refunds, credits, or rescheduled lessons are authorized for ‘No Shows’ and missed riding lessons are forfeit.

If student(s) are sick, injured, or otherwise unable to attend their lesson, please cancel via text or email.  There will be no makeup lessons or credits issued for student(s) being sick, injured, or otherwise unable to attend.

In the event of a lesson being canceled for foul weather, a credit or lesson make-up (schedule permitting) will be issued.  Should an instructor cancel for any reason, a credit or lesson make-up (schedule permitting) will be issued.

            Lesson Credits/Billing

Invoices are billed for the month prior-- please reply to the email declaring any lesson(s) student(s) will be unable to attend.  With prior notice given, students will not be billed for missed lessons.  In the event the invoice has already been paid and when prior notice of missing a lesson is given, student(s) will receive a credit to their account or may elect to receive a rescheduled make-up lesson (schedule permitting).
